Cooperative Consulting & Management, LLC (“CCM”} delivers management consulting services and strategic development planning to non-profit community based organizations, cooperatives, faith-based institutions and corporations. The company has a combined 40+ years of experience in community engagement, workforce training, K-12 curriculm enrichment, finance, real estate development, homeownership and business consulting.

What We Do

The CCM innovative approach to asset building establishes a new standard for community transformation. Our Community Asset Building (CAB) services assist businesses, individuals and non-profit organizations with the creation of wealth that is required to sustain a healthy community.

The Vision

Green City Atlanta

Our Green Economic Development Initiative will implement Community Sustainablity Centers "CSC" throughout the City of Atlanta. The plan will use the positive momentum created by the Beltline project as a catalyst for the development and implementation of  green research and development projects. The CSC's will be placed stratigically in the Beltline re-development zones. Our objective is to incorporate educational and manufacturing opportunities for the residents of the City of Atlanta.

As our city, our nation and the world, move inarguably closer to the need for energy independence and alternative energy sustainability, the creation of “green” educational training oppurtunities, employment, manufacturing and businesses is clear. Through our initiative we will establish Atlanta as a center for green alternative energy.
